Each of our products comes with a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty, providing you peace of mind throughout your pet parenting journey. The Pet Air Purifier includes a 2-year warranty.

Replacement Policy

If your issue cannot be easily resolved with replacement parts, we are committed to providing a seamless solution. In such cases, we will replace your litterbox with a brand new one. We will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, which covers the cost of shipping the old litterbox back to us. Please note that if the components of the product have been disassembled or tampered with, we regretfully cannot offer a replacement.

Limitations
