PetSnowy I prodotti acquistati direttamente tramite il sito Petsnowy.com possono essere restituiti entro trenta (30) giorni dal ricevimento per un rimborso completo. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico del cliente.
If you've purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. Please note that return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Return Conditions
(a) I resi devono essere in condizioni pari al nuovo e nella confezione originale.
(b) Si prega di contattarci prima di restituire l'articolo.
(c) Il termine per la restituzione non deve superare i 30 giorni dalla data di consegna.
Return Instructions
Se avete acquistato il prodotto direttamente da Petsnowy.com e non siete soddisfatti dell'acquisto entro le condizioni descritte nella precedente PROVA A CASA DI 30 GIORNI, potete restituirlo seguendo la seguente procedura.
(a) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting PetSnowy Customer Support. All returns must have an RMA number for processing.
(b) Prepare and package your item in original package to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
(c) Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
(d) Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
