PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders from the United States will usually ship the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
SHIPPING TIME:
(a) In-stock Orders:
- Domestic (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) : 1-4 business days
- Canada and the UK : 3-7 business days
- European Union : 7-10 business days
- Australia : 1-4 business days
(b) Pre-orders and Back-orders:
All items are currently in stock and available for immediate purchase in the United States. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 30 business days of their restock date.
DELIVERY FEES AND COUNTRIES:
Delivery fees and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping to the US mainland on orders over $49. Currently, we deliver to the EU, UK, USA, Australia, and Canada.

SHIPPING TO PO BOX, APO/FPO
We take every step to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely fashion. To accomplish that, we can only accept physical addresses (no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.)
MILITARY ADDRESSES
Due to internal procedures and regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to military addresses.
