ご注文いただいた商品を気に入っていただけることを願っています！しかし、万が一100％ご満足いただけない場合は、私たちがお手伝いいたします。
Petsnowy.comを通じて直接購入されたPetSnowy 製品は、受領後30日以内に返品された場合、全額返金されます。返送料はお客様のご負担となります。
If you've purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. Please note that return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Return Conditions
(a)返品は、新品同様の状態であり、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。
(b)商品を返品する前に、まず弊社にご連絡ください。
(c)返品期限は納品日から30日以内とする。
Return Instructions
Petsnowy.comから直接製品を購入し、上記の30日間ホームトライアルに記載されている条件の範囲内で購入した製品にご満足いただけない場合は、以下の手順に従って返品することができます。
(a) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting PetSnowy Customer Support. All returns must have an RMA number for processing.
(b) Prepare and package your item in original package to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
(c) Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
(d) Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
