PetSnowy Produkte, die direkt über Petsnowy.com gekauft wurden, können innerhalb von dreißig (30) Tagen nach Erhalt gegen volle Rückerstattung zurückgegeben werden. Sie müssen nur die Kosten für die Rücksendung tragen.
If you've purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. Please note that return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Return Conditions
(a) Rücksendungen müssen sich in neuwertigem Zustand und in der Originalverpackung befinden.
(b) Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns zuerst, bevor Sie den Artikel zurückschicken.
(c) Die Frist für die Rücksendung darf 30 Tage ab dem Lieferdatum nicht überschreiten.
Return Instructions
Wenn Sie Ihr Produkt direkt bei Petsnowy.com gekauft haben und mit Ihrem Kauf innerhalb der oben beschriebenen 30-TAGE-HOMEPROBE nicht zufrieden sind, können Sie es nach dem unten beschriebenen Verfahren zurückgeben.
(a) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting PetSnowy Customer Support. All returns must have an RMA number for processing.
(b) Prepare and package your item in original package to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
(c) Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
(d) Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
