We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we are here to help.

PetSnowy products purchased directly through may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund. You only have to pay return shipping.

If you’ve purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. Please note that return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.  



(a) Return(s) must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

(b) Please contact us first before returning the item.

(c)The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from the delivery date.



If you bought your product directly from, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above 30-DAY HOME TRIAL, you can return it following the below procedure.

(a) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting PetSnowy Customer Support. All returns must have an RMA number for processing.

(b) Prepare and package your item in original package to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.

(c) Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.

(d) Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
