30-Day Home Trial
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we are here to help.
PetSnowy products purchased directly through Petsnowy.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund. You only have to pay return shipping.
If you've purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. Please note that return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Return Conditions
(a) Return(s) must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
(b) Please contact us first before returning the item.
(c) The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Instructions
If you bought your product directly from Petsnowy.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above 30-DAY HOME TRIAL, you can return it following the below procedure.
(a) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting PetSnowy Customer Support. All returns must have an RMA number for processing.
(b) Prepare and package your item in original package to return.
(c) Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
(d) Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
EU/EEA RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify PetSnowy of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.
You may do so by contacting our Customer Support team at support@petsnowy.com and providing your order number together with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Returning the Goods
After notifying us, you must return the goods according to the return instructions provided by PetSnowy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Returned products must be sent back within the applicable return period and comply with the return conditions described in this Refund Policy.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, PetSnowy will process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Conformity of Goods
Consumers located in the EEA may also have legal rights regarding products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. These statutory rights are provided under applicable consumer protection laws and are not affected by PetSnowy's 30-Day Home Trial or any other commercial warranty.
