30-Day Home Trial
We hope you love your PetSnowy product! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
PetSnowy products purchased directly through PetSnowy.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund, subject to this Return Policy. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For customers in the European Union, this 30-Day Home Trial is a voluntary commercial benefit offered in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the 14th day falls on a non-working day, your deadline is extended to the next working day.

You may also contact us at support@petsnowy.com. After your withdrawal request is submitted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, an RMA number and/or return label.
Please do not return your package before receiving our return instructions, as this helps us identify your order and process your return efficiently. This does not affect your statutory right to withdraw if you notify us before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the applicable amount for the returned product in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Standard Returns
If you are not exercising the EU statutory right of withdrawal, PetSnowy products purchased directly through PetSnowy.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided the item is in like-new condition and returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please coordinate the return directly with that retailer.
Return Instructions
- Contact PetSnowy Customer Support at support@petsnowy.com to request an RMA number and return instructions.
- Package your item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
- Ship your return using the instructions provided by our PetSnowy Customer Support Team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
